This includes value list sites, trade tools, and any service operated under the Cosmic Values platform.

By using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

Roblox and all related trademarks are property of Roblox Corporation. Cosmic Values is an independent, fan-created platform not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Users may post or submit content (e.g., comments, trade data, value suggestions). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a:

• Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, adapt, distribute, and display your content across our platforms.

You agree not to post content that is:

• False, misleading, or manipulative,

• Offensive, infringing, or illegal,

• Created to spam or disrupt other users.

We may remove or moderate user content at any time at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Value Accuracy

Cosmic Values provides value estimates based on trade patterns, rarity, supply/demand, and user data.

We do not guarantee that any value, estimate, or listing is:

• Accurate,

• Real-time,

• Reflective of in-game item worth.

All trades are at your own risk. We do not facilitate trades, and we are not responsible for any outcomes related to decisions based on values or tools on our Services.

10. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, advertising networks, or tools. These are not under our control, and we are not responsible for:

• Their content or functionality,

• Their privacy practices or terms.

Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice or liability if:

• You violate these Terms,

• Your behavior threatens the integrity, safety, or function of our platform or community,

• You waive your right to a jury trial and class action.

Exceptions:

• You may bring qualifying individual claims in small claims court.

• You may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or misuse cases.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free,

• That any bugs or defects will be fixed.
